A deeply soothing, spa‑style treatment combining full reflexology with a warm hot stone leg and foot massage using essential oils. A gentle, restorative treatment that works on reflex points across the face to support balance, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Using light, precise techniques, facial reflexology helps ease tension, calm the nervous system and encourage healthy circulation. This is a deeply calming session that promotes inner and outer harmony, helping you feel refreshed, relaxed and naturally lifted.

About Me
I have been a reflexologist for over 25 years, and during that time I’ve trained in several different modalities to broaden and deepen the way I work. My approach is gentle, intuitive and centred on supporting the whole person — physically, emotionally and energetically.
Alongside my reflexology work, I am also a qualified aromatherapist, a Reiki Master and an Angelic Reiki practitioner. These therapies blend seamlessly, allowing me to create treatments that encourage balance, calm and a sense of inner peace.
I’m committed to helping people regain their wellbeing in a natural, holistic way, offering a peaceful space where you can unwind, reset and feel genuinely cared for. My aim is always to meet you where you are and support you in moving towards greater ease and wellbeing.
